摘　　要：目的:探讨新型痔疮艾灸椅的研制及其治疗痔疮的临床疗效。方法:所有患者按随机数字表法分为对照组27例,试验组28例。对照组采用传统艾灸箱。试验组采用艾灸椅,两组选穴以长强穴为主穴,每次艾灸40 min,每日1次,7次为1个疗程,3个疗程后评价疗效。结果:对照组有效率为85.19%,试验组有效率为92.86%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:痔疮艾灸椅的产生满足了临床和科研对艾灸椅的需要,有利于艾灸疗法的普及和推广。Objective：To investigate the manufacture of new model piles moxibustion chair and its clinical curative effect of treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods：All patients were divided into the control group of 27 cases and the experimental group of 28 cases according to random number table method.The control group was given traditional moxibustion box,and the experimental group was given moxibustion chairs.Two groups of selected point were given priority to changqiang point.Each 40 min for moxibustion,1 time a day,7 times as one course of treatment,and curative effect was assessed after 3 courses of treatment.Results：Effective rate of the control group was 85.19%,and the experimental group was 92.86%,comparison of two groups showed that the difference was not significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Production of hemorrhoids moxibustion chair can meet the needs of clinical and scientific research of moxibustion chair,which is helpful for popularization and promotion of moxibustion therapy.
