消更散配合穴位推拿治疗更年期综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨消更散配合穴位推拿治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组采用消更散(方药组成:枸杞子15 g,女贞子10 g,川牛膝10 g,制何首乌10 g,生地黄15 g,知母10 g,当归10 g,白芍10 g,生龙骨30 g,生牡蛎30 g,僵蚕10 g,甘草6 g)配合穴位推拿治疗,对照组单纯应用消更散治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为97.5%,对照组有效率为85.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消更散配合穴位推拿治疗更年期综合征的疗效显著,疗程短,见效快。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Xiao Geng San combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods：80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 40 cases and the control group of 40 cases.The treatment group was treated by Xiao Geng San（composition：barbary wolfberry fruit 15g,glossy privet fruit 10 g,medicinal cyathula root 10 g,prepared fleece flower root 10 g,radix rehmanniae 15 g,anemarrhena rhizome 10 g,Chinese angelica 10 g,white paeony root 10 g,crude dragon bone 30 g,raw oyster shell 30 g,stiff silkworm 10 g,liquoric root 6 g） combined with acupoint massage therapy,the control group was treated with Xiao Geng San purely.Results：Effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%,and the rate of the control group was 85.0%,comparison of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Xiao Geng San combined with acupoint massage in treating climacteric syndrome is exact,short course of treatment,and taking effect quickly.
