摘　　要：目的探讨实施家庭干预对精神分裂症患者治疗依从性和社会功能的影响。方法将76例精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组各38例，均给予抗精神病药物治疗。对照组仅给予一般卫生宣教，干预组在此基础上实施为期1年的针对性系统化家庭干预。干预前后采用护士用简明精神病量表（N-BPRS）、社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）、自知力与治疗态度问卷（ITAQ）、服药依从性调查表对2组患者进行评定，并统计1年内复发率。结果干预后干预组N-BPRS、SDSS、服药依从性调查表总分显著低于自身人组时水平及对照组同期总分，ITAQ总分显著高于自身入组时及对照组同期总分，复发率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义。结论家庭干预有助于促进患者自知力的恢复，提高其治疗依从性，减少复发，促使其社会功能的恢复。Objective To study the effect of family intervention on treatment compliance and social function for patients with schizophrenia. Methods 76 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 38 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with antipsychotics, the control group was only given general hygiene education, while the in-tervention group was given targeted systematic family intervention for 1 year. The Nurse-Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （N-BPRS）, Social Disability Screening scale （SDSS）, Insight and Treatment Attitudes Ques- tionnaire （ITAQ）, medication adherence questionnaire were used before and after the intervention and then the recurrence rate within 1 year was calculated. Results At the end of 1 year the total scores of N- BPRS, SDSS, medication adherence questionnaire significantly decreased in the intervention group and were signif-icantly lower than those of the control group at the same period, while the total score of ITAQ signif-icantly increased in the intervention group and was significantly higher than those of the control group at the same period. The recurrence rate of the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusions The family interventions contribute to promote insight recovery of the patients with schizophrenia ef-fectively and improve their treatment compliance, reduce recurrence and to promote the recovery of its so-cial function.
