摘  要:目的:优化三芪丹颗粒的醇提工艺。方法:采用正交试验对三七的醇提工艺进行优化,以三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1提取量及出膏率作为考察指标,以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取次数、提取时间作为考察因素,用L9(34)正交试验表安排试验。结果:最佳提取工艺为加6倍量60%乙醇提取3次,每次1.5h。结论:优选工艺科学合理,可作为该制剂合理开发的依据。Objective:To establish the optimal extraction process of Sanqidan granules. Methods: Orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum ethanol extraction process of Notoginseng the indexes of the contents of notoginsenoside R1 , ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Rbl, and total solid matters. Study factors were ethanol concentration, ethanol-adding amount, extraction times, extracting time. The L9 (3+4) Orthogonal table was used to arrange experiment. Results:The best extraction condition was as follows: 6 times of 60 % alcohol, extracted for 3 times, each time for 1.5 hours. Conclusion:The optimum extraction process is rea sonable and stable and it can provide the references forSanqidan granules for its further investigation.
