摘 要:随着广东省可再生能源的不断发展,尤其是广东海上风电场规划的出台,可再生能源大规模接入将对电网造成严重影响,研究电网对可再生能源的接纳能力具有重要意义。概述了广东电网可再生能源发展现状及规划,通过详细分析可再生能源的出力特性、负荷特性以及电源的调峰能力以及综合考虑了旋转备用和联络线调节能力的影响,提出了基于可再生能源接入系统后电力平衡的可再生能源接纳能力计算方法。将该方法应用于广东电网2020年可再生能源接纳能力分析,得出接纳容量小于规划容量,根据对影响因素参数灵敏度分析,最后给出了广东电网最大限度接纳可再生能源的建议措施,可为电力系统电源规划、电网架结构建设以及运行调度提供参考。With the rapid development of renewable energy especially the introduction of offshore-wind power plan in Guangdong province, to study the capacity of renewable energy integration is very significant because a large scale of renewable energy integrated into Guangdong power grid can severely influence the power grid. The current situation and program of renewable energy are summarized briefly. A calculation method of renewable energy integration capacity based on power balance after renewable energy admitted is proposed by all-round analysis of renewable energy's output characteristics, load characteristics, ability of powers peak load regulation and comprehensively considering influence of reserve capacity and ability of tie lines regulation. This method is applied into the analysis of Guangdong power gird's capacity of renewable energy integration in 2020, obtaining that the accommodating capacity is less than the planed. Some suggestions are put forward for the maximum installed capacity of renewable energy according to the analysis of sensitivity of parameters affecting capability of the renewable energy integration. This research result provides reference to powers program, grid frame construction and operation and dispatch.
