高端知识服务业集聚大都市的成因分析

摘　　要：本文就高端知识服务业集聚在大都市这一现象进行分析和研究。文章分两个层面对影响高端知识服务业集聚的因素进行考察,第一个层面从行业本身的特殊属性进行分析,主要包括知识服务产品的知识溢出的空间局限性、知识服务产品经验品属性;第二个层面从外部性进行分析,主要包括信息交流、范围经济、降低人力资源搜寻成本、社会资本、依托大都市,融入全球化产业链体系。This article analyzes the phenomenon of high-end knowledge intensive service industry agglomerated in large metropolis.It is divided into two levels to investigate reasons of agglomeration of the high-order knowledge intensive service industry in large metropolis.The first level analyzes special properties of the industry itself,including space limitations of knowledge spillovers and experience property;the second level of external analysis includes information exchange,the scope of the economy,lower search costs,social capital,human resources relying on metropolis and integration into the globalization industry chain system.
