摘　　要：目的探讨应用鼻内镜辅助下鼻-鼻中隔整形术治疗歪鼻畸形的手术方法及疗效。方法选择21例歪鼻畸形患者,其中C型6例、S型4例、O型11例。术前、术后测量其偏离值,在鼻内镜下行鼻-鼻中隔整形术,术后随访。结果 21例患者术前偏离值为(5.46±2.05)mm,术后为(2.67±1.54)mm,经配对检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。21例歪鼻矫治手术治愈率为52.38%(11/21),有效率为85.71%(18/21)。结论在鼻内窥镜辅助下的鼻-鼻中隔整形术治疗歪鼻畸形具有视野清晰,手术精确微创,出血少,并发症少和疗效好等优点,具有广泛的临床应用前景。Objective To investigate the operate method and curative effect of nasal deviation using endoscope-assisted septo-rhinoplasty. Methods We performed the endoscope-assisted septo-rhinoplasty in the 21 selected cases of nasal deviation,in which 6 cases were type C,4 were type S and 11 were type O and meas-ured the deviated parameter of preoperative and postoperative. Results The deviated parameter was （5.46±2.05） mm preoperative and （2.67±1.54） mm postoperative in 21 cases. There were significant differences by the pairing t test （P〈0.01） . The cure rate was 52. 38% （11/21） and the effective rate was 85.71% （18/21） . Conclusion There were many merites of the endoscope-assisted septo-rhinoplasty,including the clear field of vision,truth and microtrauma of the operation,few bleeding and complication and the good curative effect for nasal deviation. It would be widely used in clinic.
