摘　　要：目的探讨影响药物流产的几方面因素。方法对门诊收治非病理性原因要求终止妊娠210例,从年龄、孕产次、胚囊直径及既往有无剖宫产史四方面与药物流产的成功率进行分析。结果年龄≥35岁、孕次≥3、孕囊直径≥2.0cm、有剖宫产史者成功率低。结论药物流产成功率与年龄、孕产次、孕囊直径及既往有无剖宫产史有关。Objective To investigate the factors for successful medical abortion. Methods 210 women requesting an abortion for non-pathological reasons were analysed for relations between successful abor-tion rate and gestational age,gestational times,diameter of embryo Sac and the history of cesarean section. Re-sults The successful abortion rate be accompanied by be accompanied by be accompanied by were lower when the age of patient were older than 35,or gestational times were more than 3,or diameter of Gestational sac was greater than 2 cm,or with the history of cesarean section. The history of cesarean section. Conclusion The suc-cess rate of medical abortion is related to gestational age,gestational times,the diameter of embryo Sac and the history of cesarean section.
