推拿联合蜡疗治疗小儿斜颈临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨推拿联合蜡疗治疗小儿斜颈临床效果。方法选取本院2009年1月至2012年12月120例小儿斜颈患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组应用推拿治疗方法,研究组患者应用推拿联合蜡疗治疗,分析对比两组患者治疗效果,并对其临床症状变化及体征改变情况予以分析对比。结果研究组有效率96.67%和对照组86.7%差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);通过治疗,临床症状和体征变化都具有明显改善,研究组患者效果更为显著研究组患者治疗有效率为96.67%,和对照组86.7%存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论推拿联合蜡疗治疗小儿斜颈具有更为明显的临床效果,复发几率小,有临床推广价值。整个治疗过程中其温度都能够持续性的保持于较高状态,使得细胞膜通透性增加,避免组织过度水肿,可以避免组织内淋巴液以及血液有渗出事件发生,能够产生具有柔和性的机械压迫力,让皮肤保持柔软性及弹性,有效改善皮肤营养,镇痛解痉。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of massage combined with wax therapy on in-fantile torticollis. Methods From Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2012,120 cases of infantile torticollis patients were se-lected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,the control group used massage therapy,patients in the study group application of massage combined wax therapy,treatment effects were compared be-tween the two groups,and the clinical symptoms and signs of change were compatively analyed. Results The study and the control group of 86.7% significant effective rate 96.67% （P〈0.05）; through the treatment,clinical symptoms and signs of change have significantly improved,patients in the study group was more effec-tive rate of treatment group patients was 96. 67% ,and 86.7% in the control group had significant difference,with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Massage combined with wax therapy has a more obvious clinical effect in the treatment of pediatric torticollis,relapse probability is small,it has clinical value. The whole course of treatment,the temperature can maintain higher status,the permeability of cell membrane in-creased,avoid excessive tissue edema,can avoid tissue lymph and blood oozing events,can produce flexible mechanical stress,so that the skin to maintain flexibility and elasticity,improve skin nutrition,analgesia anti-spasmodic.
