摘　　要：目的探讨JUC喷雾敷料用于会阴侧切术的有效性及安全性。方法自2010年12月至2012年3月,我们对200例一胎足月、阴道分娩的妇女随机分为两组:A组(观察组)、B组(治疗组)。观察患者的会阴侧切口愈合情况、抗生素使用率、拆线时间。结果 B组患者会阴侧切口无一例感染,明显优于A组。结论 JUC喷雾敷料用于会阴侧切术,可降低抗生素使用率,减少会阴侧切口感染率。Objective Discussion on JUC Spray Dressing for episiotomy effectiveness and safety。Methods From 2010 December to 2012 year in March,we treated 200 cases of fetus,a term vaginal delivery women were randomly divided into two groups： A group （observation group） ,B group （treatment group） . Ob-servation of patients with lateral episiotomy incision healing,the use of antibiotics,clearing time. Results The patients in the B group of lateral episiotomy incision with no infection,was significantly higher than that of A group. Conclusion JUC Spray Dressing for episiotomy,can reduce the use of antibiotics,reduce the infection rate of lateral episiotomy incision.
