摘 要:【目的】研究小针茅(Stipa klemenzii)群落地下生物量的垂直分布规律,为荒漠草原碳储量研究提供基础数据与理论依据。【方法】通过典型样地调查,测定内蒙古苏尼特右旗小针茅荒漠草原2种草地类型(小针茅+无芒隐子草和狭叶锦鸡儿-小针茅+无芒隐子草)生长季(2011年5-9月)各月的地下生物量,分析了小针茅草原2种主要草地类型0~60cm土层地下生物量5-9月各月的垂直分布规律。【结果】小针茅草原2种主要草地类型总地下生物量及各层地下生物量的季节变化均表现为"N"型,地下生物量峰值出现在7月;小针茅草原地下生物量呈明显的垂直空间分布格局,之后随土层深度的增加递减趋势明显,呈"T"型分布;0~10cm土层的地下生物量最高,所占比例最大;在30cm以下土层根系分布较少,地下生物量明显减少;0~30cm土层的地下生物量占总地下生物量的80%以上,且二者呈极显著的线性相关。【结论】在0~60cm土层,随着土层深度增加,小针茅草原地下生物量呈递减趋势,且主要集中在0~30cm土层,可以用0~30cm土层地下生物量模拟总地下生物量。【Objective】 The research was carried on the vertical distribution of belowground biomass in the Stipa klemenzii steppe to provide basic data and theoretical reference for the study of desert grassland carbon stocks.【Method】 Through the investigations of the typical sample plots,the data of belowground biomass of two main grassland types(S.klemenzii+Cleistogenes songorica,and Garagana stenophylla Pojark-S.klemenzii+C.songorica) in growing season(from May to September) in Sonid Youqi was obtained and the vertical distribution of belowground biomass in soil layer of 0-60 cm was studied.【Result】 The results showed that:belowground biomass of total and every soil layer of two main grassland types showed "N" type of change,and the peak value appeared in July.The distribution of belowground biomass in S.klemenzii steppe showed "T" type in the pattern of vertical space and the belowground biomass progressively decreased from top soil to bottom soil.Belowground biomass in the soil layer of 0-10 cm was the largest proportion in the whole belowground biomass.Below the soil layer of 30 cm,the root distribution rapidly reduced.Belowground biomass in the soil layer of 0-30 cm occupied 80% of the whole belowground biomass,they have significant linear correlation.【Conclusion】 In the soil layer of 0-60 cm,with the increasing of soil depth,the distribution of belowground biomass in S.klemenzii steppe showed progressively decreasing trend,and the root are concentrated in the soil layer of 0-30 cm,so belowground biomass of 0-30 cm soil layer could be used to estimate the total belowground biomass.
