摘　　要：总结了本院400例治疗间歇期PICC置管患者主要并发症及发生原因,提出护理对策。主要并发症包括穿刺点感染、静脉炎、导管脱出或回缩等。认为重视对PICC置管患者在治疗间歇期的宣教,坚持严格、规范的导管维护,掌握并发症发生原因和护理措施,可有效降低并发症发生率,延长导管的使用寿命,减轻患者痛苦和经济负担。Summarized the main complications,causes and nursing methods of 400 patients with PICC in treatment intermission. Main complications included puncture point infection, phlebitis, catheter prolapse or retraction, etc. We consider that to give great importance to patients with PICC in treatment intermission,insisted on maintaining tube strictly and normatively,master the cause of complications and nursing measures can reduce the complications effectively, prolong the service life of tubes and alleviate patients＇ pain and eco- nomic burden.
