摘  要:目的探讨有效的腹膜透析培训模式,以提高患者的自我管理能力。方法 2008年4月1日至2012年4月30日期间本科104例新增的腹膜透析患者参与本试验,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组接受口头讲述及模拟操作培训,实验组采用PPT授课及模拟、床边实际操作指导培训,培训均于腹透置管术后第3天开始,第6天和第7天进行问卷考核和操作考核。结果实验组患者一次培训合格率为73.1%,对照组患者一次培训合格率为32.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者的住院天数及住院费用较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论采用PPT课件及床边实时操作指导培训,比口头讲述及模拟操作培训方式更有效,能提高培训效果和患者自我管理效能。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of two different training methods in new peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients, there- fore to find more effective training method to improve their self-management. Methods 104 new peritoneal dialysis patients from April 1st 2008 to April 30st 2012 in our division were randomly involved in this study. They were randomized divided into control group and experiment group. Patients received oral tells and simulation operation of training in control group. Meanwhile patients in experimental group received the courseware PPT and bedside practical operation training. All training was beginning at the next day of PD catheter insertion. Examination (question and answer method) were used in the third day after insertion to assess the effecttiveness. Results Percentage of pass in once examination in experimental group was 73.1%, which was significantly higher than it in control group was 32.7%, compare differences in the 2 groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Hospitalization days and the hospitalization expenses of patients in experimental group was lower than control group significantly (P〈0.05). Conclusion The eourseware PPT and bedside practical operation training on PD household guide manual is more effective method, which will enhance PD patients" self- management.
