摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预在ICU机械通气清醒患者中的应用效果。方法将80例ICU机械通气清醒患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组按常规机械通气治疗;实验组患者在实施机械通气的同时接受心理干预;比较2组患者机械通气撤机成功率及出科满意度。结果实验组患者撤机成功率优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组患者满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对机械通气清醒患者进行支持性心理干预,有利于减轻患者不适感,增加患者战胜疾病的信心,可以提高机械通气患者撤机成功率及患者满意度。Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of psychological interventions on awaked patients treat- ed with mechanical ventilation in ICU. Methods There were 80 awaked patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with conventional mechani- cal ventilation, while patients in experimental group were treated with psychological intervention as well as conventional mechanical ventilation. The weaning rate and patient satisfaction were compared between these two groups.Results The experimental group were better in weaning rate and patient satisfaction compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Practicing psychological interven- tion on awaked patients treated with mechanical ventilation in ICU helps to relieve discomfort, empower the patient to triumph over illness and improves the weaning rate and patient satisfaction.
