子母式集尿器在ICU每小时记尿患者中的应用护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨子母式集尿器在ICU每小时记尿患者中的应用护理效果。方法将130例ICU每小时记尿患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用子母式集尿器,按常规每周更换1次子母式集尿器;对照组采用常规一次性体外引流袋,按常规每天更换1次引流袋;均按同种的方法进行护理操作;比较2组患者4周后泌尿系统感染发生率及护士对护理工作的满意度。结果实验组患者泌尿系统感染发生率低于对照组(P<O.05),护士对护理工作的满意度高于对照组(P<O.05)。结论子母式集尿器在ICU每小时记尿患者中的应用,不仅降低了泌尿系统感染的发生率,同时还减轻了护士的工作量,提高了责任护士对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of cluster-type set of urine collection device in ICU patients. Methods There were 130 patients in ICU who needed to record the hourly urine output randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group were supplied with cluster-type set of urine collection device replaced weekly, while the control group were supplied with one-time external drainage bag replaced daily. We compared the incidence of urinary tract infec- tion and the satisfaction of nurses after 4-week nursing care. Results The experimental group showed lower incidence of urinary tract infection and higher satisfaction of nurses compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of cluster-type set of urine collection device in ICU patients is able to reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection and increase the satisfaction of nurs- es.
