摘　　要：应用根本原因分析法(RCA)总结了住院患者跌倒的原因,探讨患者安全和病房风险管理的防范对策。患者跌倒原因包括组织系统缺陷34例,占72.34%,是患者跌倒的根本原因,非系统因素13例,占27.66%。认为更新管理理念,持续护理质量改进,建立并实施患者预防跌倒安全管理制度和跌倒管理的质量控制方法,能从根源上预防和控制意外跌倒的发生,保障住院患者安全。To summarize the causes of fall, and to discusses the of the ward The causes of fall include of organization system defects and non-organizatian system defects. ic fall knowledge training to nurses, in order to clear the principle of the Morse Fall Scale, hospitalized for continuous monitoring. risk management by root cause analysis.
