生殖中心护理安全隐患原因分析及管理对策

摘　　要：目的对实施辅助生殖技术过程中存在的护理安全隐患原因进行分析,并采取针对性的管理措施进行防范。方法采用护理部设计的每月护理质量调查表与自行设计的调查表相结合进行问卷调查,对中心2011年与2012年患者满意度、患者使用假证件率、护理纠纷率、病历的及时归档率、细菌监测的合格率作原因分析。结果在2012年实施安全的护理防范措施后,患者满意度、病历的及时归档率明显上升;患者使用假证件率、细菌监测的不合格率、与护理管理相关的护患纠纷或差错有明显下降,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对辅助生殖技术护理的专业性与特殊性,查找护理隐患发生的原因,针对性地进行防范,可以有效提高护理质量。Objective To study the hidden danger for nursing safety of patients in assisted reproduction technology, and take perti- nence measures for prevention.Methods The degree of satisfaction of patients, patient with false documents, rate of nursing dispute, medical record timely filing rate, the rate of bacteria monitoring in operating room in 2011 and 2012 were analyzed by using nursing quality monthly questionnaire designed nursing department or self-design.Results After the 2012 implementation of nursing security precautions, patient satisfaction and the rate of medical records timely filled increased significantly, while the degree of patients using false identification, bacteria monitoring in operating room and nursing management related guard with disputes or error reduced obvi- ously. All the difference above were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion According to the professional and special of assisted reproductive technology nursing, find the cause of nursing hidden danger and we put forward the corresponding nursing measures to improve the quality of care.
