摘  要:目的 :探讨肺炎衣原体在C5 7BL/ 6J小鼠腹膜巨噬细胞泡沫化过程中的作用。方法 :将肺炎衣原体与C5 7BL/ 6J小鼠腹膜巨噬细胞培养 72h后用油红O方法染色观察细胞的形态变化并测定细胞内胆固醇的含量。结果 :肺炎衣原体能使C5 7BL/ 6J小鼠腹膜巨噬细胞胞浆内脂质颗粒增多 ,胆固醇酯占总胆固醇的比例增加。结论 :肺炎衣原体能促进C5 7BL/AIM: In order to understand the role of chlamydia pneumoniae in the course of macrophages transformation into foam cells experiments with chlamydia pneumoniae standard strain AR-39 wese made. METHOD: C57 BL/6J Mouse peritoneal macrophages C57 BL/6J wese incubated 24 h, and they were divided into 6 groups to be incubated continually: A 1~DMEM; A 2~DMEM+10 6 IFUs/L AR-39; B 1~DMEM+10 mg/L LDL; B 2~DMEM+10 mg/L LDL+10 6 IFUs/L AR-39; C 1~DMEM+10 mg/L OxLDL ;C 2~DMEM+10 mg/L OxLDL+10 6 IFUs/L AR-39. 72 h later, morphological changes of the cells were observed and of intracellular cholesterol of content was detected. RESULTS: 1、Morphological studies: there were no lipid particles in A 1,A 2 and B 1 groups, but the lipid particles could be found in B 2、C 1 and C 2 group, Among six groups, the most lipid particles were seen in C 2 groups. 2、Biochemical detection:The ratio of cholesterol ester to total cholesterol was much higher than 50% in B 2、C 1 and C 2 groups, but was less than 50% in A 1、A 2 and B 1 groups. CONCLUSION: Chlamydia pneumoniae may have played a role in promoting C57 BL/6J mouse peritoneal macrophages into foam cells.
