摘  要:采用常压水相法制备了单分散BaZrxTi1-xO3亚微米粉体,通过XRD、SEM等分析检测手段对样品进行表征。系统地研究了锆、钛量比,NaOH浓度及反应物浓度对锆钛酸钡粉体相组成和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,BaZrxTi1-xO3粉体的形貌、颗粒大小和尺寸分布可以通过不同的反应条件来控制。随着Zr含量的增加,粉体粒径增大,分散性变好;随着NaOH浓度及反应物浓度的增加,粉体粒径均减小。实现了单分散性锆钛酸钡亚微米粉体颗粒尺寸在0.47~1.24μm范围内的可控合成,这将在制备小型化、大容量的多层陶瓷电容器方面有很好的应用前景。The monodispersed BaZrxTi1-xO3 submicron powders were synthesized by hydro-phase method at atmospheric pressure. The powders were characterized by means of XRD and SEM. The effect of Zr, Ti; NaOH concentration and reactant concentration on the phase structure and morphology was studied systematically. The results indicate that different reaction conditions can affect the microstructure, particle size and particle size distribution of BaZrxTi1-xO3 powders. The particle size increase with increasing the Zr content while decrease with increasing the NaOH concentration and reactant concentration. Through this method, the monodispersed BaZrxTi1-xO3 submicron powders with controllable grain size range from O. 47 to 1. 24μm were prepared. It is promising for fabrication of muhilayer ceramic capacitors, which has a further downsizing and higher capacitance.
