加味承气颗粒的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的制定加味承气颗粒的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对大黄、赤芍、黄芪进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法测定制剂中辛弗林的含量。结果薄层斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;含量测定中辛弗林在0.0280～0.5600μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.69%,RSD为1.54%(n=5)。结论方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,可作为本产品的质量控制方法。Objective To establish the quality standard of Jiawei Chengqi Granule.Methods The constituents of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Rubra and Astragali Radix were dentified by TLC.The content of Synephrine was detemined by HPLC.Results The TLC sports developed were fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference.The linearity of Synephrine showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.0280~0.5600μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 98.69%,RSD 1.54%（n=5）.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,Accurate and can be applied as the quantity control method of Viaueichengqi Granule.
