三才刺法对大鼠肾草酸钙结石模型肾脏及脊髓前列腺素的影响

摘　　要：目的观察不同针刺法对大鼠肾草酸钙结石模型的影响差异,确立取得最佳效应的特异针刺手法及其机理。方法采用1%乙二醇加1%氯化铵水作为诱石剂建立草酸钙结晶形成肾结石大鼠模型,治疗方法采用穴位分"天、人、地"三部刺入法,观察常规针刺法和"三才刺"法对大鼠肾脏及脊髓前列腺素水平变化的影响差异。结果与模型组比较,"三才刺"法和常规针刺法均能降低肾脏及脊髓前列腺素的浓度(P<0.05),但"三才刺"法疗效更显著(P<0.05)。结论 "三才刺"法对大鼠肾草酸钙结石模型的影响优于常规针刺法,其作用机制可能为降低肾脏及脊髓前列腺素的含量。Objective Through the observation on different therapies of Acupuncture Treatment to rat renal calcium oxalate stone model,we can get the acupuncural technique and its mechanism as the best effect.Methods To establish the rat renal calcium oxalate stone model,1% glycol with 1% ammonium chloride are adopted as lure stone agent.Then we observe Common acupuncture Treatments and＂Three-level acupuncture＂Treatments to the prostaglandin changes of the kidney and spinal cord of the model rats.Results Compared with the model group,the＂Three-level Acupuncture＂Treatment and Common Acupuncture Treatment both can release the prostaglandin changes in kidney and spinal cord（P〈0.05）.But the effects of＂Three-level Acupuncture＂Treatment is much better（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ＂Three-level Acupuncture＂Treatment has a better therapy effects over Common Acupuncture Treatment.The mechanism is perhaps on the release of the prostaglandin change in the kidney and spinal cord.
