中西医结合治疗高血压病120例

摘　　要：目的报道采用中西医结合疗法治疗高血压病的临床效果。方法将120例高血压病患者随机分成两组。治疗组60例患者运用十一味降压汤加减配合常规西药治疗;对照组60例患者则单纯采用常规西药降压药治疗。结果治疗组效果明显高于对照组,总有效率为91.7%。结论中西医结合疗法明显优于单纯采用西药降压药治疗,能增强机体对降压药的敏感性,减轻靶器官损害,稳定血压效果好。Objective To reveal the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with western medicine in hypertension.Method 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups.In treatment group,60patients underwent the therapy of Shiyiwei hypotensive decoction combined with western medicine;in control group,60 patients underwent western medicine alone.Results efficacy in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group,the total response rate was 91.7%.Conclusion Chinese traditional medicine combined with western medicine in hypertension is more effective than western medicine alone,in addition,Chinese traditional medicine is helpful to sensitivity to antihypertensive agents,prevent the damage to target organ and keep blood pressure stable.
