摘　　要：目的建立裕丹参水煎液的HPLC指纹图谱。方法应用Eclipseplus-C18柱(100mm×4.6mm,3.5μm),甲醇和水溶液进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.8ml/min,检测波长254nm,柱温为35℃。结果精密度、重现性、稳定性试验中共有峰相对峰面积、相对保留时间的RSD均小于3.0%;相似度大于97.0%。结论该方法简便、实用、可靠,可以作为评价裕丹参药材质量及其制剂体外指纹图谱研究的基础。Objective To set up the HPLC fingerprint of decoction of S. mihiorrhiza Bge. Methods chromatographic conditions were available as Eclipse plus-C18 column, methanol and water as mobile phase, flowrate 0. 8ml/min, gradient elution. The column temperature was set at 35℃ and detecting wavelength was at 254nm. Results the relative peak areas, retention time of common peak in precision, repeatability,and stability has not reached 3.0%, respectively similarity was over 97.0% in S. miltiorrhiza Bge collected form different habits. Conclusion All results above exhibited that this method was simple, practicable and reliable as a foundation method in controlling the quality of S. mihiorrhiza Bge and chromatographic fingerprint in vitro.
