推拿对颈椎病患者外周血中TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨推拿对颈椎病患者外周血中TNF-α的影响。方法将100例颈椎病患者随机分成推拿组40例、颈舒片组30例和塞来昔布组30例。推拿组采用推拿疗法,颈舒片组采用口服颈舒片,塞来昔布组采用口服塞来昔布。连续治疗14天为1疗程。观察TNF-α水平的变化及SF-MPQ评分变化。结果治疗前3组患者TNF-α水平比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后3组TNF-α水平与治疗前比较均明显下降(P<0.05)。治疗后推拿组TNF-α水平与颈舒片组或塞来昔布组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论推拿比口服颈舒片或塞来昔布更好地降低TNF-α的水平,对颈椎病患者疼痛有明显干预作用。Objective To discuss the effects of manipulation on expression of TNF-α in peripheral blood of patients with cervical spondylosis. Method 100 cases of cervical spondyiosis patients were randomly divided into manipulation group 40 cases ,30 cases of Jingshu tablet group and 30 cases of celecoxib group. Manipulation group receiving manipulation therapy, Jingshu tablet group with oral administration of Jingshu tablet, Celeoxib group with oral administration of celecoxib. 14 days constituting one course. To evaluate the changes of TNF-α level and SF- MPQ score. Result There was no significant difference in the level of TNF-α before treatment between the three groups （P 〉 0. 05）. After treatment, the level of TNF-α in the three groups was decreased significantly as compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The level of TNF-α in manipulation group and in Jingshu tablet group or celecoxib group, there was significant differences （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The level of TNF-α in the manipulation group is reduced better than in the Jingshu tablet or celecoxib group, on patients with cervical pain has obvious intervention effect.
