摘  要:介绍了PET瓶片黏度分析标准制定的背景,由于瓶片存在的"皮芯"结构,使黏度分析与试样制备密切相关。论述了在特性黏度测试过程中粉碎方式对测试结果的影响程度,提出了全粉碎方式用于黏度测试,效果良好,但需要控制溶样时间。The background of the formulation of bottle grade PET chip viscosity analysis standard was introduced. Because of the skin-core structure of bottle grade chip, the viscosity analysis and sample preparation was closed re- lated. The effects of grinding methods on test results during intrinsic viscosity test process were discussed. The meth- ods of grinding whole PET particle for viscosity test were put forward. Good results have been obtained, but the con- trol of dissolving sample time need to be pay attention to.
