摘　　要：该产品是一种多孔粗旦差别化纤维,是利用HFD-1200型加弹机,用2个半光980 dtex/192 f POY合股加工,制得的低弹丝。研制结果表明,通过合理选择加工机型,高密度特殊软陶瓷盘组合,增加冷却板长度,选用高精度偏大型的导丝滑轮,控制一、二热箱温度,网络压力及型号等工艺条件,使产品在性能上超过了老品种,并赋予了新的毛感效果。The fiber is a kind of porous coarse denier differential fiber,which is made by using two ply semi-dull 980 dtex/192 f POY through HFD-1200 texturing machine. The research results show that by selection of processing mod- els, combination of high density special soft ceramic disk, increasing the cooling plate length, selection of high preci- sion big godet roller, controlling the temperature of the first and second spin beam, controlling the network pressure and type, the product performances are far more than the old varieties. A new hair effect are given to the product.
