摘　　要：目的:分析合肥市社区卫生服务中心基础设施配置情况,为新医改下社区卫生服务中心的基础建设提供建议。方法:对合肥市社区卫生服务中心进行调查,并查阅2007-2009年的相关资料。结果:合肥市社区卫生服务中心基础设施的建设处于稳步增长中,到2009年,合肥市社区卫生服务中心(站)在人员配备、药品配备、用房建设、诊室设置、床位配置、基本设备配置等方面均达到相关建设标准,基本能够满足开展社区医疗卫生服务的需要。结论:合肥市社区卫生服务中心基础设施建设趋势良好,在以后的规划中要根据社区覆盖人口、服务半径、未来发展等因素,确定社区卫生服务中心的建设规模,提高社区卫生服务的利用率。Objective： To analyze the situation of infrastructure configuration in community health service centers of Hefei City to provide the advice for infrastructure construction of community health service centers under the new medical reform.Methods： An investigation was made in community health service centers in Hefei,consulting the relevant data in 2007-2009.Results： The infrastructure construction of community health service center in Hefei was in steady growth.Up to 2009,community health service center（station） had met the relevant standards of construction in terms of staff members,drug provision,housing construction,room setting,bed allocation,basic equipment,etc,basically meeting the needs for community basic health service.Conclusions： There is an excellent trend of infrastructure construction in community health service centers of Hefei.In the future,construction scale should be established according to such factors as the community population coverage,service radius and the future development to improve the utilization of community health service.
