摘　　要：通过分析识别军需配送式供水设施选址的主要影响因素,采用解释结构模型方法分析各因素的相互影响关系,按影响因素的驱动力和依赖性对其进行排序,最终建立相应的综合评价指标体系,并在此基础上运用层次分析法确定指标权重,用模糊综合评判理论进行综合评价,并给出了应用实例,获得了适用于军需配送式供水的设施选址区域,为项目选址的决策者提供了可靠的依据.The major factors are identified that infuence the location of the military supplies distribution water supply facilities.The Interpretative Structural Modeling Method（ISM） was applied to analyze the interaction between the factors.The factors were sorted according to their driving force and their dependence.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation index system was set up.The index weights were determined by the Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）.A comprehensively evaluation was conducted based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,and application examples are given,the study provides a reliable basis for the decision makers of site selection.
