摘 要:公共危机下的突发性抢购对社会稳定、经济秩序、企业经营和消费心理造成了严重的影响,易发群体是突发性抢购行为的关键组成部分.根据572份消费者调查问卷数据,从年龄、性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、家庭结构、经济状况、职业、是否为家庭主要购物者8个角度对易发群体进行描述性识别.通过Logistic模型实证分析了各个变量对消费者抢购行为的影响.通过判别分析建立的判别函数受文化程度变量影响最大,其后依次为是否为主要购物者、年龄、家中是否有老人或孩子、收入、婚姻状况、性别.Sudden panic buying under public crisis always has negative impacton social stability,economic order,enterprise management and consumer psychology.Panic buying-prone population is the key component of panic purchase.According to the survey of 572consumers,the paper identifies the crowd from eight aspects:age,sex,marital status,educational level,family structure,economic status,occupation and whether they are the main shoppers.Then,the paper makes an empircal analysis of the impact of variables on the behavior of panic buying with the Logistic model.Finally,the paper builds a discriminant function based on the discriminant analysis.The results shows that the degree of education affects discriminant function most,followed by whether they are the main shoppers,age,family structure,income,marital status and gender.
