复方苦参联合热疗对肝癌腹水患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察复方苦参联合体外高频热疗治疗晚期肝癌腹水患者的临床疗效。方法对照组：应用复方苦参50ml/次，腹腔内注射，2次/周，连续4周。观察组：应用复方苦参50ml/次，腹腔内注射，联合体外高频热疗，7次/周，连续4周。观察及记录各组近期疗效、生存质量、免疫指标及不良反应。结果对照组12例中完全缓解0例，部分缓解3例，总有效率为25.0％。观察组13例中完全缓解2例，部分缓解8例，总有效率为76.9％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P≤0.01）。观察组与对照组比较，CD4＋/CD8＋和NK值差异均有统计学意义（P≤0.01），治疗前后亦有统计学差异（P≤0.01）。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论复方苦参联合热疗治疗晚期肝癌腹水疗效可靠，显著改善患者的生活质量，可能与增强患者NK细胞活性，提高CD4＋/CD8＋比例有关。Objective To observe the curative effect analysis of composite radix sophorae flavescentis combined with thermotherapy on ascitic patients of advanced stage liver cancer patients. Methods For control group：composite radix sophorae flavescentis（50ml/time）,intraperitoneal injection two times every week,continuous four weeks ; fortherapy group：combined with out-of-body high-frequency thermotherapy seven times every week,continuous four weeks. Results Complete remission in 3 cases,partial remission in 0 cases in 12 cases of control group,total effective rate was 25.0%; complete remission in 2 cases,partial remission in 8 cases among 13 cases of therapy group,the total effective rate was 76.9%; There was statistics difference between two groups （P≤0.01）.CD4＋/CD8＋ and NK value both have statistics difference between two groups（P≤0.01）;There is no obviously adverse effect in two groups. Conclusions The curative effect composite radix sophorae flavescentis combined with thermotherapy on the ascitic patients of advanced stage liver cancer of is reliable,which significantly improve quality of life and maybe related to enhance NK cytoactive and the increased ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋.
