哮喘患儿IL-12、IL-13与总IgE水平变化

摘　　要：【目的】探讨哮喘患儿白细胞介素 12 (IL 12 )、白细胞介素 13(IL 13)与总免疫球蛋白E(总IgE)的变化。【方法】取静脉血 ,用ELISA方法检测IL 12、IL 13与总IgE水平 ,并对检测结果进行统计学处理。【结果】发作期哮喘患儿血浆及外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)诱生的IL 12水平显著低于哮喘缓解组 ,P <0 0 1;两组均显著低于正常对照组 ,P <0 0 1;发作期IL 13水平显著高于缓解组 ,P <0 0 1;两组均显著高于正常对照组 ,P <0 0 1。发作期总IgE水平显著高于缓解组 ,P <0 0 1;两组均显著高于正常对照组 ,P <0 0 1。直线相关分析结果表明 ,血浆及PBMC诱生的IL 13水平与总IgE呈显著正相关 ;血浆IL 13水平与总IgE呈显著负相关 ;血浆及PBMC诱生的IL 12水平与IL 13呈显著负相关。【结论】哮喘患儿存在IL 12水平降低 ,IL 13水平升高及总IgE水平升高。Objective To explore the changes of IL-12、IL-13 and IgE levels in child patiets with asthma. Methods The venous blood was drawn, and the serum IgE、IL-12 and IL-13 were detected by ELISA method. The results of determination were analysed statistically。 Results ① The plasma and peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC)-induced IL-12 from asthmatic children in acute attack was lower than that in remission stage (P<0 01); both were lower than that of the normal control group (P<0 01). ② The plasma and PBMC- induced IL-13 from asthmatic children in acute attack was higher than that in remission stage (P<0 01); both were higher than that of the normal control group (P<0 01). ③ Total Serum IgE level of asthmatic children in acute attack was higher than that in remission stage, P<0 01; both were higher than that of the normal control group( P<0 01). ④ Correlation analysis shows that the plasma and PBMC- induced IL-13 levels are positively correlated to the level of total serum IgE; the plasma IL-12 level is negatively correlated to the level of serum total IgE, there is no correlation of PBMC induced IL-12 to the total serum IgE. Conclusions The level of IL-12 decreased,IL-13 and total IgE increased in asthmatic children.
