摘　　要：随着人口增长、经济发展和社会进步,长寿时代也快步向人们走来,人口老龄化将成为人类社会的常态。我国也进入了快速老龄化阶段,关心老年人健康在建设和谐社会中是非常重要的。因此,了解老年人精神卫生特点,重视老年人的心理卫生,做好老年人的精神健康工作就显得尤为重要。首先介绍了目前老年人精神卫生特点,然后分析了老年人所遇到的精神健康问题,最后提出了加强老年人精神卫生保健的合理化建议。With the of growth population, economic development and social progress, long life time is coming towards us. Aging problem will become the norm of human society. China has also entered the stage of rapid＇s aging, earing for the elder＇s health is very important in building harmonious society. Understanding the characteristics of the elderly mental health, therefore, attaching importance to the mental health of old people, and doing a good job of mental health of the elder is particular important. This paper first introduces the characteristics of the elder＇s mental health, then analyzes the problems of mental health the elderly encounters, finally makes reasonable suggestion to strengthen the elder＇s mental health care.
