墨玉县社区11项基本公共卫生服务项目实施现状研究

摘　　要：目的调研墨玉县社区11项基本公共卫生服务项目实施状况及存在的问题,为今后开展工作提供好的建议。方法普查墨玉县9家社区卫生服务站11项基本公共卫生服务项目开展状况。结果墨玉县社区建档率为90.07%,电子建档率为80.23%,档案使用率为45.34%,儿童建册率为96.49%,孕产妇建册率为95.65%,65岁以上老人体检率为81.27%,一类疫苗接种率为98.35%,已确诊慢性病管理率为96.98%,重型精神疾病登记率为80.88%,新添加项目开展状况不佳。结论墨玉县社区卫生服务项目实施效果显著,但应完善基础建设和网络化建设,加强与其他机构的合作,全面、均衡和有质量地开展项目工作。OBJECTIVE Research status and problems of Moyu County community＇s eleven basicpublic health services project implementation, get good advice for better work in future. METHODS Moyu County＇s nine community health service stations carried out eleven basic public health services which project status are generally surveied. RESULTS Moyu County community filing ratio reached 90.07%.Electronic filing ratio reached 80.23%. The files use ratio was 45.34%, children built volumes ratio was 96.49%, maternal built volumes ratio was 95.65%. More than 65 years of age older examination rate was 81.27%. The first vaccination rate was 98.35%. The confirmed chronic disease management rate was 96.98%. Severe mental illness registration rate was 80.88%. The new projects were carried out in poor condition. CONCLUSION The implementation effect of Moyu County community health services were good. But it needs improve the infrastructure and network construction, strengthen cooperation with other agencies, carry out comprehensive and qualiti projects.
