2011年新会城区幼儿园学龄前儿童体质状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解新会城区学龄前儿童体质状况,找出存在的问题,制定相关政策,促进儿童健康发展。方法采取自愿参加的原则,对新会城区26所幼儿园中2 789名学龄前儿童进行体质测试,内容包括身高、体重、10 m折返跑、立定跳远、双脚连续跳、坐位体前屈和走平衡木,所测结果均按《国民体质测定标准(幼儿部分)》进行评定。结果坐位体前屈女童优于男童,并且不随年龄的增长而改善,其余指标均是男童优于女童,且随年龄的增长而改善;单项指标评分中,走平衡木、坐位体前屈及网球掷远最差,体重、双脚连续跳及10 m折返跑最好。学龄前儿童体质测试综合评级无性别差异,有年龄差异。结论新会城区幼儿园学龄前儿童的体质状况较差,应有针对性地开展不同的体育活动,促进儿童健康发展。OBJECTIVE Study and understand the physique of preschool children in Xinhui District, find out the existing problems and formulate related policies to promote the development of children＇s health. METHODS Take the principle of voluntary participation, and carry out the physique tests for 2 789 preschool children in 26 kindergartens of Xihun District in 2011, and the test content includes height, ~eight, 10 m shuttle run, standing long jump, both legs jump in succession, sit and reach and balance beam. The test results shall be evaluated in accordance with ＂National PhysiqueDetermination Standards （children）. RESULTS Girls performed better than boys in sit and reach test, and the performance can not be improved with age, but boys performed better than girls in other indexes, and the performance in those aspects can be improved with age; in the scores of singe index, the scores of balance beam, sit and reach, tennis throw for distance are lowest, while the scores of weight, both legs jump in succession and 10m shuttle run are highest. There is no gender difference in the overall ranking for the physique test of preschool children, bus age differences. CONCLUSIONS The physique of preschool children in the kindergartens of Xinhui are in poor condition, and it is necessary to carry out various sports activities specifically to promote the development of children＇s health.
