摘 要:目的了解寿险体检人群多代谢异常聚集及危险因素,探讨该人群投保后可采取的干预策略与措施。方法对苏州地区1 829例寿险体检者的体检结果进行统计分析,采用无序多分类非条件Logistic回归模型,计算不同危险因素对多代谢异常聚集的影响。结果 76.12%的寿险体检者患1种及以上多代谢异常,男性患病率高于女性,无序多分类非务件Logistic回归分析结果表明,1~2个和3个以上多代谢异常聚集的危险因素包括年龄、BMI和尿酸,其OR值分别为1.090、5.206、1.372、1.147、22.387和1.922;女性是多代谢异常聚集的保护因素,其OR值为0.640和0.358。结论苏州地区寿险体检者中多代谢异常聚集患病率处于较高水平。寿险公司可以采取相应的干预策略与措施,预防代谢综合征、糖尿病及心脑血管疾病的发生。OBJECTIVE To study the multiple metabolic disorders accumulation and risk factors of life insurance applicants taking nedical examination. METHODS The medical examination data of 1 829 life insurance applicants in Suzhou was analyzed. The model of muhinominal logistic regression has been used in the paper. RESULTS The proportions of one or more multiple metabolic disorders was 76.12% and the detection rates of multiple metabolic disorders in male were higher than those in female (P〈0.000). The result of muhinominal logistic regression showed 1-2 and more than 3 multiple metabolic risk factors gathering, including age, BMI and uric acid, and OR are 1.090, 5.206, 1.372, 1.147, 22.387 and 1.922; female is a protective risk, OR are 0.640 and 0.358. CONCLUSION The detection rate of multiple metabolic disorders accumulation of life insurance applicants in Suzhou is high. Life insurance companies may using corresponding way to intervene and provide adequate protection for multiple metabolic disorders population to prevent metabolic syndrome, diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease.
