摘  要:[目的]分析氨态氮和pH对脊尾白虾氮磷代谢的影响,以期为脊尾白虾对环境的适应情况及抗逆机制的研究提供资料。[方法]采用人工改变自然海水氨态氮浓度和pH,研究水族箱中氨氮和磷酸盐浓度在密闭2 h前后的差异。[结果]氨态氮处理组,随着NH4Cl浓度的增加,脊尾白虾的氮磷代谢均呈现下降的趋势,急变组的幅度大于缓变组;pH处理组,当pH>8.4时或pH<7.8,脊尾白虾的氮磷代谢均随着pH的上升或下降呈现下降趋势,急变组的幅度大于缓变组。[结论]氨态氮和pH均降低了脊尾白虾的代谢水平,急变比缓变显著。[ Objective ] The study aimed to analyze the effect of ammonia-N and pH on the ammonia and phosphate excretion of Exopalaemon carinicauda, so as to provide the material for understanding the stress mechanism of E. carinicauda. [ Method] The concentration of ammonia- N and pH were changed gradient, and the difference of ammonia and phosphate excretion of every tested experiment between just before and after 2 h sealed. [ Result] The ammonia and phosphate excretion were down regulated according to the up regulated concentration of NH4C1 or according to the pH out of 7.8 - 8.7 in all experimental groups, and especially in the rapid group. [ Conclusion] Both ammonia-N and pH can decrease the standard metabolic rate of E. carinicauda, and it was more noticeably in rapid groups than gradual groups.
