摘  要:[目的]研究不同镉浓度对寒地水稻根系活力和籽粒品质的影响。[方法]采用盆栽试验方法,研究不同镉浓度对水稻不同生育期根系活力、成熟期水稻植株和籽粒中镉含量、籽粒品质的影响。[结果]随着镉浓度的增加,水稻根系明显下降,植株中镉含量增加,糙米中蛋白质含量降低。[结论]土壤镉污染降低水稻根系活力和稻米营养品质。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the effect of different concentration cadmium on the roots activity and grain quality of rice in cold area. [ Method] Pot experiment method was adopted to study roots activity of rice in various growth stages and content of cadmium, together with the quality of rice. [ Result] With the increase of Cd concentration, the roots activity of different growth period and the content of protein was decreased significant, but increased the Cd concentration of plant. [ Conclusion] The roots activity of rice and the content of protein was decreased under Cd contamination.
