摘  要:[目的]探究4株降烟草特有亚硝胺(TSNA)内生细菌WB3、TRM、WB6、WB7的最佳培养条件。[方法]试验通过选用不同的培养基,设置时间、温度、pH梯度,测定不同培养条件下菌液的生长情况,得出4株细菌菌株最适宜培养的优化条件组合。[结果]试验表明,WB3的最佳培养基为LB,最佳培养时间为30~42 h,最适培养温度为25~28℃,最适pH为6.0;TRM的最佳培养基为LB,最佳培养时间为24~30 h,最适培养温度为25~28℃,最适pH为8.0;WB6的最佳培养基为LB,最佳培养时间为30~42 h,最适培养温度为28~31℃,最适pH为9.0;WB7的最佳培养基为LB,最佳培养时间为30~36 h,最适培养温度为31~34℃,最适pH为8.0。[结论]研究可为菌株的进一步应用提供科学的参考依据。[ Objective] The study aimed to find out the optimal culture condition of four TSNA-degrading endophytic bacteria. [ Method ] Effects of different culture medium, culture time, culture temperature, culture pH on growth state of the bacteria were studied. The growth states of bacteria under different culture conditions were measured. The culture conditions of four bacteria have further been optimized. [ Re- sult ] The results showed that : the optimal culture condition of WB3 was culture medium of LB, cultivation time of 30 - 42 h, temperature of 25 - 28 ℃, pH of 6. 0. The optimal culture condition of TRM was culture medium of LB, cultivation time of 24 - 30 h, temperature of 25 - 28 ℃, pH of 8.0; The optimal culture condition of WB6 was culture medium of LB, cultivation time of 30 -42 h, temperature of 28 -31 ℃, pH of 9.0. The optimal culture condition of WB7 was culture medium of LB, cultivation time of 30 -36 h, temperature of 31 -34 ℃, pH of 8. 0. [ Conclusion] The study can provide scientific reference basis for further utilization of strains.
