大连城山头自然保护区社会经济发展状况调查研究

摘　　要：为了更好地协调自然保护区的管理与当地社会经济发展之间的关系,促进自然保护区的保护与当地的社会经济发展,以大连城山头海滨地貌国家级自然保护区为研究区,采用PRA方法,深入分析了保护区所在行政区域的社会经济发展状况及存在的问题。结果表明:自然保护区的管理与当地社会经济发展之间的矛盾依然突出,并未达到保护区建立初期总体规划所预期的"保护与合理开发相统一"的实际效果。因此需要加大政策协调力度,结合当地实际开发生态旅游和发展与之相关的第三产业,实现自然保护区的保护与合理开发的政策目标,更好地促进保护区管理与当地社会经济的协调与可持续发展。For the purpose of accommodating the relationship between the protection of nature reserve and the development of local society and economy, taking Dalian Chengshantou Nature Reserve as a study area and PRA as a main research method, the status of social and economical development and the existing problems were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that ： the contradictory between the protection of na- ture reserve and the local development of social and economical activities are still prominent, and the principle of ＂integration of protection and reasonable development＂ proposed by the general plan of nature reserve has not reached the expected result. Therefore, further efforts should be made firstly to accommodate relationship between protection of nature reserve and local development activities, secondly to accelerate the development of eco-tourism and the relevant service industries in accordance with the local practical situations, and finally to promote the sus- tainable development of both the protection of nature reserve and the local society and economy.
