摘　　要：为了解决带式输送机在输送过程中尾滚筒粘附配合煤的问题,提高系统运行的安全稳定性,自行设计制作了接煤板,该装置能够自动在线清理输送机尾滚筒粘附的配合煤,不损伤胶带,不需另外设置动力,有效解决了生产中运输湿粘煤造成滚筒粘料的问题,可以降低劳动强度,延长胶带使用寿命,降低成本。To solve the problem that the coal blending is stuck in the tail drum during conveying of the belt conveyor, and improve safety and stability of system operation, the coal-receiving plate is self-designed and manufactured, which can automatically clean the coal blending stuck in the conveyor tail drum on-line, without damaging the belt, in no need of set- ting the additional drive ; such coal-receiving plate effectively solves the problem of material stuck in the drum during con- veying of the sticky coal, which can reduce the labor strength, extend the service life of the belt, and decrease the costs.
