摘  要:针对自动扶梯能耗较大的问题,提出了同时采用多级驱动和变频调速技术为自动扶梯提供驱动力,通过闭环式速度反馈控制调节不同种类驱动电机的启闭来实现自动扶梯的正常运行;以成本和总功率消耗为目标函数,通过Matlab对普通三相电动机和变频电动机的数量进行双目标优化;通过理论计算和Matlab仿真对自动扶梯的总功率消耗的变化趋势进行分析和能耗计算,并结合SPSS对不同种类的自动扶梯进行能耗统计对比,得出该自动扶梯节能效果良好,具有一定的推广价值。Aiming at the problem of serious energy consumption of the escalator, the paper puts forward the multi- stage drive and frequency control technology to provide the drive force for the escalator. The closed speed feedback is adopt- ed for controlling and regulating the start and stop of various motors to realize normal operation of the escalator; with the cost and total power consumption as the objective functions, the bi-objective optimization is performed for quantities of ordi- nary three-phase motor and variable-frequency motor through Matlab. The analysis for variation trend of total power con- sumption and energy-consumption calculation are performed for the escalator by theoretic calculation and Matlab simulation, with the statistical comparison of energy-consumption among different types of escalators by SPSS, which shows that the a- bove-mentioned escalator is provided with excellent energy-saving effect and certain promotion significance.
