摘  要:对在港口生产中具有重要地位的门座起重机开展以可靠性为中心的维修分析,将门座起重机划分为子系统和子子系统;以起升减速器为应用实例,考虑可靠性、经济性、维修性以及监测性的多方面因素,将定性指标和定量指标相结合,通过模糊综合决策方法得到了其维修方式,为门座起重机的维护提供了科学的依据。The maintenance analysis focusing on the reliability is performed for the gantry crane which plays an impor- tant part in port industry, which dividing the system of gantry crane into subsystems and sub-subsystems; with the lifting reducer as an application example, the qualitative indexes, and quantitative indexes are combined considering reliability, economical efficiency, maintenance, monitoring, and other factors. The maintenance mode is figured out through fuzzy compound decision, to provide scientific basis for maintenance of the gantry crane.
