摘　　要：我国高等级公路建设中，水稳层摊铺碾压是很重要的环节、长久以来，水稳层一直采用双机分层分幅摊铺工艺，近几年，市场出现了水稳层宽幅大厚度摊铺一次成型的新工艺，带动了大厚度大宽度摊铺机和超重吨位压路机的面市，对于这样一项全新的摊铺工艺和新设备，到底取得了什么样的技术进步？在实际中施工应用效果如何？施工中又如何面对国家规范与现实需求的矛盾？记者就此展开了一系列采访。In recent years, the technology of one- time pavement with thick and wide single machine, changed from the water-stabilized layer pavement with layering dual-machine, has appeared in the road construction market. The pavement thickness of water-stabilized layer with this technology is more than 20cm and the width more than 8cm. With the use of the technology, the water-stabilized layer will be made into an integrated plate structure and the efficiency and quality are also substantially raised.
