摘　　要：论述了影响电渣钢辊坯质量的主要因素,结合生产实际提出了缺陷的防止与控制措施,并对生产中的质量控制提供了建议,就保证产品质量进行了论证。This paper described the main factors affecting the quality of the billet for rollers combing actual production so as to put forward the prevention and control measures of defects. Some suggestions for quality controlling in the production were provided, and the methods for ensuring the quality of these products were also discussed.
