摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的到来,协同创新成为一个企业保持竞争优势的关键,这引起了国内外学者的重点关注。围绕协同创新模式这个主题,本文系统梳理了协同创新的相关文献,重点阐述两要素协同创新模式、三要素协同创新模式、多要素协同创新模式的内容,并总结它们的研究不足,同时展望进一步研究方向,以期待推动协同创新模式理论进一步整合和发展。During the era of knowledge economy, synergy innovation was the key to a business maintain a competitive advantage, which caused the focus of domestic and foreign scholars. Focusing on synergy innovation model, this article systematically combing the lit- erature of synergy innovation, analysising two elements synergy innovation model, three elements synergy innovation model, multi - ele- ment contents synergy innovation model. At last this article summarizes the shortage of these researches, and future research direction to lock forward to promoting the theory of synergy innovation model into integration and development.
