心理健康教育融入大学生思想政治教育体系的实践探索——以西北大学软件职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：心理健康教育和思想政治教育是培养创新拔尖人才、促进学生全面成长的两个重要方面内容,两者教学内容、教学方式不同,却具有相互补充、相互促进的辩证统一关系。文章通过心理健康教育在大学教育过程中的意义阐述、实践探索、成效分析、关系把握等方面探索为心理健康教育融入大学生思想政治教育体系提供有益的经验,指出辅导员队伍职业技能提高和学生自律队伍建设是完成这一任务的关键。Psychological and ideological education proves a paramount content of cultivating inno- vative and top talents, promoting students＇overall development, though being different in teaching content and style, whereas presents with dialectical unity relations of mutual complement and im-provement. With the significance statement of psychological health education in the process of uni- versity acquisition, practical exploration, effect analysis, relationship assurance to provide positive experience for psychological health＇s merger into students＇ ideological and political education, the essay pointed out that the improvement of instructors and student staff＇s discipline construction proves a critical segment for completing the task.
