摘  要:当今依靠我国称重传感器制造企业的总体技术与工艺水平,研制出具有较高准确度等级的称重传感器并非难事,但是研制出具有较高稳定性和可靠性水平的称重传感器也并非易事。本文从称重传感器设计技术和制造工艺规律中总结出"结构是基础、材料是关键、工艺是核心、检测是保障"的研发原则,结合处于国际市场引导者地位的称重传感器制造企业的研发经验,探讨了提高称重传感器准确度、稳定性和可靠性应注意的若干问题。Based on today's weighing load cell manufacturing enterprises in China's overall level of technology and craft, it is easy to develop a high level of accuracy of weighing load cell, but it is not an easy task to develop with high stability and rehability level of weighing load cell This paper, based on weighing load cell design technology and manufacturing process is summarized in the structure is the foundation, the material is the key, the process is the core, is the guarantee development principles, combined with the international market leader in weighing load cell manufacturing enterprise research and development experience, discusses several problems that should be paid attention to the stability and reliability.
