摘  要:对煤矿企业而言,大量矸石的无效提升、无效运输以及地面洗选造成了资源的极大浪费和对环境的污染,而充填开采又需要大量的充填材料从井上运至井下,直接作为充填材料,因此,成为首选。在对筛分、破碎、洗选、运输、脱水、储存等井下选煤各环节进行充分研究的基础上,成功实现了井下30 mm以上块煤的跳汰排矸,取得了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。Coal was one of the most basic fossil energy currently for human.Ground handling of large amounts of coal waste that produced in the process of coal mining has brought great harm to the environment.To the coal mine enterprises,large gangue lifting,invalid transportation and ground washing caused a great waste of resources.While filling mining needs substantial materials from ground to well.So it was of great significance to discharge refuse under the shaft.Based on the full research to crushing,screening,washing,dehydration,transportation,storage and each link of coal washing underground,the successful implementation of discharging refuse with jigging under the shaft has generated huge economic and social benefit.
