摘　　要：大环内酯类抗生素因疗效好、安全性高,是临床应用广泛的一类抗菌药物。随着耐药菌的日趋常见,医药研究人员加快了对各类新抗微生物药物的研发。着重介绍了大环内酯类抗生素耐药机制的新发现,第三代大环内酯类抗生素酮内酯类抗生素、酰内酯类抗生素、氮内酯类抗生素及其在感染性疾病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病中的临床应用,指出今后应尽量避开国外专利,开发国内尚缺、技术含量高、附加值高的新品种,进而推进国内大环内酯类抗生素进入新的快速发展时期。Macrolides have been applied to the treatment of infectious diseases owing to their good efficacy and high safety.The research and development for all kinds of new antimicrobial drugs have been accelerated with the rapid increase of drug-resistant pathogenic bacteria.The recent progress of the representatives and the other third generation macrolides,including ketolides antibiotics,acylide antibiotics,azalide antibiotics and clinic application in infectious diseases,respiratory disease,digestive system disease were introduced.It was point out that the foreign patent technologies and products should be avorided,the high technology content,high value-added new products should be developed in order to promote the researches of the domestic macrolide antibiotics into the rapid development period.
