摘　　要：通过分析在检测中发现的家用油炸锅类产品中存在的安全问题,提出了生产商需要在标志说明、结构、生产工艺等方面把住的几个主要环节及有效的应对措施。With the help of the analyses of safety problems of household deep fat fryers in the products type tests, it raises a series of key links for safety of household deep fat fryers such as marking and instructions construction; manufacturing process etc. which should be hold by the manufacturers, and several effective measures for improvement.
